These Terms of Service govern your use of the SaudiOne tourism platform. Please read them carefully before using our platform.
By accessing or using SaudiOne, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use SaudiOne.
SaudiOne provides an online platform for booking tourism services in Saudi Arabia including hotels, tours, restaurants, transport, eSIMs, medical services, events, flights, visa services, food delivery, and more. We facilitate connections between travelers and service providers.
You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information.
All bookings are subject to availability and the terms of the respective service provider. Prices include 15% VAT as required by ZATCA regulations. We accept 9 payment methods. All transactions are secured with 256-bit SSL encryption.
Cancellation policies vary by service provider. Free cancellation is generally available up to 24-48 hours before the service date. Refunds are processed through the original payment method. ZATCA-compliant refund invoices are issued for all cancellations.
All content on SaudiOne, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of SaudiOne or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.
SaudiOne acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers. We are not liable for the quality, safety, or availability of services provided by third parties. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes shall be resolved through good faith negotiation, then mediation, and finally through the courts of Riyadh.
