Bookings & Services
Browse hotels by city or use the search feature. Select your preferred hotel, choose dates and room type, add to basket, and complete checkout. You can also add tours, transport, and eSIMs to create a bundled trip.
Yes! Use the Trip Basket feature to bundle hotels, tours, transport, and other services. Bundled trips get up to 25% discount. Use the Trip Calculator to estimate costs before booking.
Visit the AI Travel Assistant at /chat. Tell the AI where you want to go, your budget, and preferences. It will suggest personalized itineraries with bookable services.
SaudiOne provides listings for hospitals, doctors/consultants, pharmacies, and medical services across Saudi Arabia with ratings and specialty information.
Payments & Pricing
We accept 9 payment methods: Stripe (Visa/Mastercard), mada (Saudi debit), Apple Pay, STC Pay, Moyasar, Tap Payments, PayLink, Geidea, and PayTabs. All payments are secured with 256-bit SSL encryption.
Yes, all prices displayed include 15% VAT as required by ZATCA regulations. E-invoices with QR codes are provided for every transaction.
A 2% service fee is applied to each booking. This fee is clearly shown in the price breakdown before checkout.
Yes! Bundle discounts of up to 25% are available when booking multiple services together. Check the Offers page for promotional codes.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation policies vary by provider. Generally, free cancellation is available up to 24-48 hours before the service date.
Refunds are processed through your original payment method, typically within 5-10 business days. ZATCA-compliant refund invoices are issued automatically.
Yes, most bookings can be modified through My Bookings in your profile. Changes are subject to availability and may affect pricing.
Account & Privacy
Sign up using phone number, Google, Apple ID, or Saudi national ID (Nafath). Social authentication makes it quick and secure.
Yes. SaudiOne uses 256-bit SSL encryption, secure authentication, and follows Saudi Arabian data protection regulations. Payment data is handled by certified PCI-DSS compliant processors.
Request account deletion through profile settings or by contacting support. Data is permanently removed within 30 days.
